Our site was archived almost weekly starting in 1996. Suddenly archiving stopped about 2 years ago for all pages I've tried. We use the Alexa toolbar and access our pages daily. At least one page of each domain is also in dmoz. At one time we were in the top 100,000 on Alexa, but have now dropped to around 200,000, is that why you stopped archiving us? We are well indexed on all popular search engines so there is no robots.txt issue. Any other suggestions of things to check?

although we continue to crawl most indexing is only through 2008. more recent captures will be visible when we do the next a major indexing.

I've noticed the same thing. I never used Alexa, but my site was regularly archived. Archiving seems to have stopped in August 2008 or shortly thereafter.

I have sent several messages to wayback@archive.org about this, but I've received no reply.

wayback@archive.org was the E-mail address that I used in the past. I would get a reply from messages sent to that address. I now see that info@archive.org is the address to use. I have resent my query to that address. However, I notice other forum threads where users claim no one answers messages to info@archive.org.

Yep, ours stopped in Aug 2008 as well. Guess no one at Archive.org reads this thread or can find an answer.

I have several sites that also stopped in 2008, one of which has been archived since the late 90s. Why?
